If it flies straight I want one, I was never happy the way my zep1 60" blunt yawed side to side when it flew.

From what I've seen the Zeph2 can fly straight... though I've seen some videos with yaw wobble.

Mine is glued up ready for equipment

Motor: Hyperion ZS 3014-12
ESC: HobbyWing 60A
Servos: Hitec HS-645 MG
RX: RP8D1
VTX: 200mw 5.8Ghz

Still have to order an OSD... thinking of biting the bullet on the EZOSD for simple setup. And batteries still deciding on too.

Not sure whether to get the camera box and skids or not? I think if I get a GoPro I'd want to mount it in the protective plastic case.

Just covered mine in 125 micron laminate and glued in servo's and got RX ready.

Looking like next week before I'll be ready for LOS maiden. No pictures yet but I'll get some soon when it's looking pretty!

It's just setup for LOS for now.

I'm fairly new into FPV so I'm leaving all my FPV gear on the Slipstream until I'm 100% confident with it.

My plan is to cut out the nose and fit a cased Go-Pro as I'm not massively keen on the go-pro box.

Just weighed it and it's 2.15kg with 2x4000 4S Gens Ace.

I'll be interested to know how it goes, what the current draw is on WOT etc.  I am thinking of something new in terms of a wing with electric power, so obviously this is on the list :)

Did you laminate it?

Yes mate laminated with 125 micron film.

Took it up this morning before work. It was just about bright enough by 07:40 :)
This might be my new routine!

Launch was full power with a nice overhead throw from the nose. Trying to hand launch without power is madness in my opinion, it's too heavy. You just have to see the rcgroups thread to see the number of people struggling with solo launches.

It went straight up no drama. Couple clicks of right trim and that was it.

It's quite sensitive in pitch and sluggish in roll and that's even with me having  40% elevator and 60% aileron rates.

Otherwise it flys real nice. Love the way it turns. Has nice low speed handling and I felt comfortable after just a few minutes.

Will see how much goes into my packs tonight and charge em up for tomorrows morning flight! This time I will strap my key cam onto it! Cant wait!

Only problem is I need a new car, the zeph don't fit in the boot.
