OK call this a rebuild of the rebuild!

4S 6X4.5 props, calculated 16 amps per esc max so 18A ESC's

Will attempt to convert some plush 18amps to blHele or whatever, see what they are like! These will now be fitted on the arms!

Increased thickness of spacers to 10mm.

Replaced the 2206 Motors with RCX 2208's 1800kv, just fitted these, their size they did take me by surprise! These are exact copies of the DYS, I'll bet they are the same, same factory, same tooling!

Not a fan of the shaft length, will probably cut them shorter!

Few pages back people weren't sure if 12A escs and 6in props play friendly, I'll confirm that they can :) My MHQ2 (see thingiverse @hovership) weighs around 650g w/ a 1400mAh 3S battery(and GoPro(caseless)), and is running hovership 12A escs, Hovership 2300kv motors, and 6x4.5 props! This setup runs great, and provides PLENTY of thrust, the max for those specific parts combined being 760g @ 100% throttle....only problem is it draws 18A! But, it hovers around 50-54% and I just use it with gopro for pretty liesurely stuff, so the A draw up there is not a problem. However, if you're going for some crazy **** in flight, get some 1960kvs that are capable of 4s, and run those with 6x4.5 and maybe 20A escs, and youll have more thrust that youll know what to do with! Finding that perfect relationship between added weight+amps and bigger battery capacity is the real challenge :)

Only problem with 20a esc's is they're much bigger than 12a. They need to go on the arms as they won't fit between the plates. I'm about to order some and can't decide what to get. 12a or 20a on the arms

If your going 4S then I'd say defo 18Amp ESC's minimum, and those little 2206's looked tortured at full throttle on 4S with 5X3 props, so with 6X4 props then 2208 for any reliability.  It's pointless carrying the extra weight of 4S if your afraid to use full throttle for fear of it self destructing!
