Ahhh OK Ben, no it looks like the channels are sensibly mapped the same as Futaba, i.e. Aileron, Elev, Throt, Rud 1, 2, 3, 4
Inputs (from receiver):

Outputs (to motor/servos):

Flying Wing

Well it would seem you have to bridge pins 2 & 3 on rc inputs to use pin 1 for ppm :)

I don't use PPM often as in most cases the receivers can't support failsafe and PPM at the same time
Though you can set the onboard APM failsafe to detect low throttle (below normal zero output)

So a few pictures of the build so far

Control Horns made from G10 they go right through the elevon so a decent amount of surface for the glue to attach too

UHF rx and GPS sunk into the underside of the wing

Plenty of room inside for gear

5v, GND and a bunch of signal wires ready to wire into APM

Didnt bother with too much separation as this wont be a long range plane, uhf rx and vtx are about 15" apart

25mw 5.8ghz vtx sunk into wing  :D

40amp Plush ESC and fusion motor, motor is coming off it sounds like a tumble drier with a bag of spanners inside

Yeah the airframe comes with a small hole for a lense in the nose however this was going to be the x5 space project frame so I cut a slot to accept a mobius, now a normal cam is going in I squared it off so its not as aerodynamic as it should be, it'll be fine though. These type of frames are easy builds, not like the wings that need covering and carving up. They go together real quick, I just got the vtx/cam connections to do and the APM 4 signals and power, oh then work out if the gps is wired right. Im gonna stick the GPS in its puck on top I think just so it looks cool  8)

Not sure will weigh it when motor gets here, that power rating above is on 4s its more like 400w on 3s, however I havent rulled out making it 4s yet ;) As I have more suitable 4s lipos knocking about tbh.

I'm already looking at more powerful motors for mine and not really flown it that much yet lol can only really go to a 50 maybe 60 gram motor, anymore and I will struggle to balance it and I don't want it tail heavy.

This one with a 6x4 will make it move like $h17 of a shovel it's what Adam had on his skyfun. I would have used it on the x5 but it needs a bigger prop really.
