Think carefully whether you want to glue the two fuselage halves or keep them separate, makes it very easy to modify and change internal wiring...
Just wondered how you keep the two half's together for flight, tape, straps??? Think I will go down this route until I've a set-up I'm happy with.
Well I've pulled the trigger on the motors esc's and hi-tec servos, was going to use 5000mAh 3s packs I've already got, just need some props and hub adapters.
Any thoughts on placement of a Mobious, was thinking of the nose with the FPV cam just behind and above.

If you have bought the motors I linked to, they come already supplied with hub adaptors!

Any old tape to hold the fuz together, (easy to put on, easy to take off stuff) once you are happy with the wiring/gear/CofG layout, then you could glue the halves together although I'll keep mine separate, easier to replace/modify what's inside without cutting hatches all over the place

Started my Twinstar build and was just centering the servo's before gluing in and out of the 4 new Hi-tec servo's two had a very bad case of the jitters!!!
They just jumped around the bench like a mad thing, not impressed at all, worked the servo's to clean the pots and they are now fine.
Any one else had problems with new HS-225 of later or am I just lucky lol

only ever used Turnigy MG90S metal gear servos on my models... cheap... but never ever had any issues with them.

Think the manual said "CofG 85mm back from root le"

Which I found is equal to rear edge of front side windows

My standard turnigy 5.8mAh lipo, leaves the nose slightly light, before adding the fpv stuff to the cockpit area

the biggest 3S I have are 3300mah, i've just put the landing gear back on though, about an inch further forward that it used to be. It was set up as a tricycle setup with steerable nosewheel (big servo driven) but I've turned it into a tail dragger. might have to put the FPV camera in the nose rather than the cockpit.

Thought I'd give a Storm OSD a blast, looks straight forward to set up, was planning on using a Y lead and a servo reverser for the single aileron out-put, any thoughts on this?
Just wondered what other people are using???

Why would you need a servo reverser, is one of your aileron servos round the wrong way ?
