seriously people... after a week jumping out of a plane..... the prospect of flying fpv kinda feels boring (no offence)... I can't get myself motivated to continue with the bixler 1.1 build.

Thanks Mark, but I can't take credit for the editing guys, it was done by one of the instructors. we ordered the video on the last day and they sent the DVD in the post, I only ripped it and uploaded to my youtube.

On the last jump, one of the instructors said "I'm gonna be out on the DZ trying to film your landings, so this is your last chance to nail it!" That was the last part of the video as the names were scrolling down the right hand side... people were landing all over the DZ as you can see.

Then there was me...

imagine this...

You've just thrown yourself out of an aircraft, traveling at an indicated airspeed of 100mph and at an altitude of nearly 4000ft (thats about 1.2km up... hey, i've flown my skyhunter higher than that lol).

you look down and you see this:

you know there's a guy waiting for you in that tiny circle in the middle of a 1km square Drop Zone, and this is your last chance to do a good landing.

and as you see at the end of that video, I landed within a few metres of him :)

well chuffed doesnt even start to describe how that felt!!
