yes mate, I emailled him 2 days ago asking if there had been any sign of the package, he did reply with a "no, I'll let you know when it arrives". But that was in the AM of the date the website now says they tried to deliver.

Mine said "arrived in beijing" for over a week, then today it says this. updates are about 2 days late I guess

Glad to hear it Corps, Always treated Sid as a genuine type. He offered to sort mine out even though any warrantee period had expired and I had lost the original order number, saving grace was the PP Transaction ID.
Mine is somewhere in Beijing waiting on delivery.

well, I had to pay customs for my original set... fingers crossed this new one gets through no issues... I literally dont have the cash to pay customs/parcel force fees till payday... I hope they'll hold it till then if I need to pay up

Would think if labelled warrantee replacement, cost $0, it should go through without hitch.
But who knows with UK customs, seem to have a mind of their own...

Also, I have no idea what he would have labelled it as... so... f knows

I don't mind paying customs, its the parceforce charge I think is unfair.

What I was thinking was that the customs was already paid on it, if its being repaired/replaced, shouldn't need customs paying again, was wondering if there is a exemption in place for such occurrences.

You can claim the customs charges back if they get it wrong

Yes would hope so, but wonder how you go about that! Approach Parcel force, Customs? and how to claim back the parcel force charge even if you got a customs rebate.

I had a tiny package from the US and Parcelforce wrongfully charged me extra, trying to claim it back turned into such a nightmare of red tape that I eventually Forfeited the fkin money for an easy life.
