nice, added to my watchlist for payday
even has a tidy little servo connector for video out, very useful for FPV. flight cam and HD cam in one, for £28. even if the video out isn't that great, it's still outstanding value for £28

just noticed the +5v servo connector too, brilliant, means you can power it from your RC RX in a spare port.

New video
Amazing to see that the keychain cam performs far better in low light than the HoryzonHD does

Obviously in nice daylight a GoPro or HoryzonHD look far better, big question is "if I had one of these already would I go out and buy a GoPro/Horyzon ? "
Well I'm a bit of a pedant and historically will tend to go for maximum quality where imaging is concerned, but I think for most people the answer would have to be NO, these things give very acceptable results and at £250 LESS than a GoPro it's a no brainer IMHO
One important thing to note....
The battery in the keychain cam only lasts for around 25 minutes so you're going to be better off giving it an external power supply, the required cable is suuplied to do that witha servo connector already fitted so juts an extension servo lead and a spare RX channel and it's sorted, alternatively make sure to take something with you that allows you to recharge the camera via the USB port (only use the supplied lead if you're not sure as some later usb charge leads will ruin it)

can't watch the video from work, but from the thumbnail, that looks stunning! Know what angle I'm doing on my next video. That looks great!

How strong is that lens mounting? Do you think that wide angle lens can be easily damaged?

Well it survived getting thrown off the Trojan on impact
The lens looks plenty strong enough to me, can't see any reason that it might be a problem

I think this is serious competition for the gopro!
Gopro jerky on 25fps pal (low flying), and what's the point of paying £250ish to run it on 60fps ntsc on only 720p and be landed with extra wide lens angle!. Not to mention the bulk of it.

Terry, are you using the configuration tool to change the settings/update the firmware? or did you do it manually with the .txt file?
Just updated the firmware on mine to v0.49 MOV and cant believe how easy it was, compared to the last camera
GUI Config tool http://www.mytempfiles.info/nr16/index.html
