I've used the GoPro as flight cam on my multis, the bixler and my Skywalker.

it works, but not too well in low light conditions. so flying on an overcast day or a few hours before sun-down and it's pretty useless.

I have a GoPro TV-Out to ImmersionRC VTX cable (available from Firstpersonview) and a GoPro TV-Out to servo connector in order to plug it into the Hornet OSD.

If you don't fancy buying a pre-made up cable for FPV purposes (they can be quite overpriced) you can simply buy a 2.5mm 4 pole AV cable to bare wires and solder to the plug of your choice.

I'll be prepared to sell you my GoPro to ImmersionRC VTX cable as I no longer own any ImmersionRC VTXs

hehe, the cable i have already made up might not be suitable for your application. I'd say your best bet is to get that plug off ebay, and wire it yourself. I've just realised I might still need it

I am using the hero2 as a fpv cam
The big plus for me is that i have a better idea what iam recording
And it saving a few grams

I think its good enough for fpv
I have a short movie with recorded live feed on my youtube channel wippo76
Its a little blurrie cous of the bad recorder but you will get an idea
The cable is easy to make your own with a 99cents 2.5mm video ebay cable
