LOS: FPV Raptor maiden and FY31AP testing

This is a great plane, 1.6m wingspan and a good thick chord. wings are very strong, fuselage is some sort of PVC, it's not brittle enough to crack on impact (and I had 2 dodgy landings lol
) but flexible enough to absorb impact.
I only managed 10 minutes flight from a 2200mah 3S (1400kv stock motor, 40A Hobbywing ESC, 8x6 APC prop) but I'm certain that's because the ESC was programmed incorrectly. When I plugged the LiPos in to charge afterwards, they both had just under 11v so definitely something not right there.
I got through 3 lipos (you might have already seen how the final flight ended) here's a few minutes of the first one where I was testing the FY31AP.

looks like it flys well ... should stick at it with your full FPV kit

already bought a skywalker Ben.
this will have basic FPV gear, got a spare 100mw 2.4 vtx from hobbyking and an old cam. won't bother with OSD.
