Just for the hell of it I did a complete erase! Here is the settings I used to flash the board!

Couple of points:

I connected the storm board to the laptop via usb, this was to supply the board with 5v.
Also connected the USB/TTL to a laptop usb socket

Make sure you select the right comm in the right hand drop down box. If there is two or more their then unplug the USB programmer, re plug it in the laptop and see what comm is added, use that number!

For the bottom left comm port I used the other one that was showing in the last drop down list!(not the same one)

Don't forget to press the buttons prior to flashing! (and in the right order), after pressing the buttons the board should look dead, after flashing it reboots and lights up again.

Hope this is all clear

Looks good!

I made something like that once for an IMU on another gimbal, but had to make it out of wood! Much easier now with the printer!

Looked impressive!
Noticed the horizontal drift, hopefully should be able to eliminate that with some tweaking!

I designed this calibration cube for the main board (imu) and I'm getting a score in the 90's (less than 100 is good, 150 is acceptable over 200 in unacceptable)

Struggling to get a score lower than 250 with the calibration cube I found online for the small camera IMU though and I have tried 2 different IMU's (I got a spare) so Im just printing out my own design and will post it here if it works ok

Just got a 103 score on the small IMU with this calbration cube, I put a small dab of uhu por on the IMU to hold it in place during calibration

I don't understand why the different calibration cubes are producing different results!

Is it more to it than just an accurate square box?

Well the one I downloaded was originally too small to slide the IM inside so I reprinted it 3% larger but now the slot was wide enough but too tall and too short and causing poor scores. It also has a small surface area compared to mine I think the larger cubes are more accurate.

Even after good calibration scores on the imu's I still have some horizon drift to eliminate.

Don't know what to suggest!
At least it looks about the same in both directions!
