If you flashed blheli 13 then its all good
you just need to enable one shot on clean flight and the ESC will auto detect it.

Dave damped light is on the pwm frequency, it will be there if your esc support it. Its supposed to make a big difference makes them perform more like kiss esc, motors change speed faster etc

the motors give a couple of extra beeps at start up to tell you oneshot is enabled
