Hydroplane! 2 hrs  19 grams (each)

Ben I would shrink it smaller for a print test! (easy in cura)
Think I'd build it using the tip as base

Please make sure its what cobs wnats before printing them both out!
If you want them altered just ask!

Suggested Cura settings:

Layer height 0.15mm

shell thickness 1.2mm
bottom/top thickness 1.2mm

Bottom layer print speed 15 mm/sec
normal print speed 50 mm/sec

Fill density 25

Edit:
Added one with a fillet on tip

how thick were layers ben , abs working much better for me now just took some experimentation ive printed the 6 main parts for new printer and they were big prints for abs

best abs ive found is white hobbyking abs

had zero warping on even tall prints with insulation round printer , had first clog other night running without fans but I need to convert  my k8400 to duel e3dv6 ,. found 90 deg plenty for bed with insulation round

my hotends sposed to melt without fans ben :) if it dies it dies :) , ive madev bracket for v6`s ready but it keeps going
