DJI Phantom 2 (V1) H3-3D Test Flight - FAIL

Thought i would post this, its a brand new P2 i bought which seems to have a battery fault when power is applied, if this helps someone - job done
The battery had around 92% charge yet when power was applied for basic forward flight it started to lose altitude even though i was giving it full throttle to try and keep it flying. Im not sure if the battery itself is at fault or the poor connection setup, im guessing the battery isnt as smart as it makes out. Made it a 480p vid as not much to see.

No worries about a replacement battery btw so good news there.

Sounds like its the battery going high internal resistance! or if its been damp at any time terminal corrosion will have a similar effect

The contacts look good BM, i think its the poor connection between battery terminals and pins, looks like they rely on the battery being pushed in to make contact with the tips, bit sloppy i think when you look at XT60s etc.
Yeh i know Tubs lol seems they come with a few new issues to overcome, thinking of modding it to run normal LiPos already
Ooh Dave and I are in the local paper ...
