Where to buy online? Explanations?

Hi all, I'm looking for a few different things. First off I need a good place to get HQprops 5040s online. Hobbyking sells them for a low price but the shipping is huge! I would like to get them from somewhere in the US where the shipping wont be 5 times the price of the purchase! Also, I am wondering if anyone knows of good, (preferably quickly shipped) ESCs that are 12-15A and have around a 20A burst? I'm currently using a nice hovership set of 12A 16Aburst ESCs but am not sure if they will really keep working as the motors I use+6x4.5 props are reported to use 18A at 100% throttle. However, these motors have an INSANE g/W, and at full throttle 1 of them could lift my quad. Could I simply adjust the FC settings so their max is less throttle? I currently have the back two motors at  82% throttle anyways to balance out battery,(kkboard) or does that just determine the ratio between the two? Not sure exactly how that works if anyone could explain I would appreciate it. Also; for large propellers I should go down kv, so how does that work? If I used my 6x4.5s with 1960kv motors would the amp draw be less? Thanks

Hi Logan are you in the us ? Hobby king postage isn't too bad as long as the weight is low, I think the Afro 12 amp do 20 amp bursts max. Usually lower kV and bigger props draw less amps but I think the 6045 draw more because of the higher pitch aswell as being 6 inch. So not sure if the 1960kv will draw less amps although lower kV has more torque. Most people I see running 6045 props do have 1960kv or the 2208 2000kv .

Check out rctimer.com loads of props on there not sure if they have 5040 though.
