Splendid view from ‪‎multicopter‬ .

That seems an awful lot of weight!

I suppose 11 mins lifting 7kg would be reasonable for an 8Ah 6S!

I always start with finding the best motor, esc, prop combo. This is sometimes very time consuming but it will lead to longer flight times. Other approach is to see if you can save weight. Lot of multi rotors have unnecessary parts on board such as domes, bling bling metal parts etc.
About batteries. Keep in mind that there is a lot of bullshit going around about some battery brands. Keep in mind that LIPO has a fixed energy density. Lot of manufacturers claim that their batteries can handle more current or having more capacity with less weight. The only way to increase capacity without adding weight is when the make small holes in the plates of the battery. This great a bigger surface and thus more current. But the number of cycles is less then standard battery. If you really want to have longer flight times buy low C rated ones and put them in parallel. This way you save weight, add capacity and extend flight time.

At last try to fly on less cells. Bigger props with less pitch draw less current but with the same lift capacity. Bit plus is that the batteries are cheaper and because of the low rpm there is less noise.
