Random kinda sorta maybe not totally related mystery :/

So I when I was working on making my first setup I was constantly asking random people questions online. I found this one guy on Thingiverse that was really experienced and happy to help me out. I eventually joined this tiny website of his on which he posted stuff about his build and coding and I posted stuff about my ideas for my FPV setup and my build. There were only a few members but it was growing bit by bit. I was off for around 2 weeks because of finals, and when I went back on to ask him something and look at some previously shared information, the website had been deleted, his dropbox and files that were shared had been deleted, his makerbot account had been deleted, and his youtube had stopped. Not sure what happened or why, as he was really into all of this and I doubt he was just quitting out of the blue, just wierd... Well idk just thought I'd throw it out there as it has baffled me a bit. Happy Holidays!
