Yes 123D is probably the easiest way to print something complicated, like a persons head for example, very difficult to draw in cad!

Third file is good. Hope you don't mind me saying but it looks a bit cartoonish, ie is not very high resolution.

At least the exercise revealed that gaming objects are nowhere near good enough resolution for 3D printing.
