Cheers BM this is pretty simple stuff though straight edges and square corners with the odd fillet here and there, still on chapter one of a very thick book but yes my best design to date!

This is just a prototype motor mount for a heli, normally would machine it out of alloy but much cheaper to 3d print it!

tested this out on PLA and it works fine, although you need to work fast. It melts PLA quite quickly, it kind of welds the two parts together which probably makes a very strong join!

Think its good to have available! The other test with Gorilla glue was good and not so rapid so gives some time to line up and clamp!

Printed this bracket for someone, it is for a bicycle, it carries a light load so semi structural, will be interesting to see how long it lasts, PLA 0.2mm layers
