It looks like another rcx 250 clone! That's about the going rate for those parts in the UK, If its coming from far east then just as well get it all cheaper from the usual Chinese suppliers.

its the emax that i am currently flying, though it was om ok deal, about £110 or something that will fly with just adding a rx and lipo

I agree that that is a clone, and definitely question its quality as I recently built a mini quad w/ 2204 motors kkboard etc, and subtracting money spent on FPV it was still a solid $500+ even though I 3d printed some parts. I doubt a mini quad that works well and has quality parts with those specs and a carbon fiber frame is $164...
Note though... I am new to this and am NO expert.

It's the emax 250 frame. I fly it. Not had it long but it seems pretty though and that's the main thing to look for in a mini if you crash like me. I've not got the motors or esc's though but as long as it flies then I thought it might be a good price to get a new starter in the air
