Well of course its not tuned! I was being sarcastic!

Quote
It comes with pre-configured ESC with latest Firmware,

So does any other ESC! and fw is free!

Quote
Gold connectors pre-soldered on ESC,

Guess you mean standard gold plated connectors, like $3 for a bag full!

Quote
pre-cut Servo horns and a custom Prop stopper - Everything you need for ARTF!

Yes well I'm still trying to figure out how all this could even approach a fraction of £294

Well thats not true Mr. bigMouse. We need to configure our hard determinated settings like Timings, pulse, break, throttle Settings etc.

And we flash every ESC with the latest Firmware by hand!

You have to understand that we are talking here about work not about Soft- or Hardware which is responsible for the extra cost!

Again, we are talking about Work. The gold connectors don't fit by themselves to the wires. Some one need to take a solder iron and some heat shrink. Ok?

It safes time because the needed work for our wing kit is already done. And time = money.

Hope you understand now a bit.

Go with a Stryker :) One Impact and you can throw it in the garbage. Stryker also don't likes extra weight. Will fly like a pregnant Cow with FPV gear.....

I have flown my Stryker FPV, it flew great, in fact I've even flown my Micro Stryker FPV
I have FPV gear that weighs less than 20 grams inc camera tx and antenna, I don't think that will make any Stryker fly like a cow let alone a pregnant one

I'm going to guess that you've never flown a Stryker

Oh yes and my Stryker has had more heavy duty crashes than any other aircraft I've had, mainly because I bought it long before I was ready for such a plane, but it is still in solid working condition and has had no replacement parts at all despite having been snapped almost in half latterally

Lucky im not ;)

Of course i have. Two of them are right behind me. Ok maybee we have to be a little more specific. My definition of FPV is a complete gear (LR UHF Receiver, vTX, OSD, FPV Cam and a Recorder Cam). You have to compare same stuff togehter. When you look at our Wipeout, it also carries that gear.

I dont think your Stryker flies like this with all thet gear (specially a GoPro at the front).

And if you dont straighten the Stryker with tape or similair it will brake at several Points don't tell me everything i glueg my strykers together so many times...

Watcho our Wipeout Series #3 Video and you can see how durable our wing is.

Well that may be your definition, however your definition doesn't count, what really matters is each individuals definition of FPV

I've flown the same Stryker for nearly 3 years now despite it being my most often crashed plane, it's still solid as a rock, flies fast and stable too

To be reasonable value comparatively your's would have to last at least 3 times that (9 years) due to it's huge price tag

- Up to 80min flight time
- 45min avg. flight time
- Switchable 3s or 6s Setup with same electronics (100 or 160km/h max)
- Stable flight characteristics even on low speed (35-40 km/h)
- Stall? Whats that?!
- Ready for full FPV equipment (also for 2 GOPROs!!)
- Complete open platform (place your equipment wherever you want)
- Long range approved
- Rock solid with our electronics package (servos don't brake and ESC don't burns out)
- Extreme durable due its build type - Crashes in trees or walls don't really hurt the wing

Can you match up to this with your plane?

And please don't tell me the low-paid electronics like the plastic gear servos or the complete undersized 40A ESC which burns out (except the motor whichs is excelent) of the Stryker can mess up whith these high quality components of our electronics package. First thing you have to do when buying such a plane like the Stryker is to exchange the over the half of the electronics to some solid components. Also, if you it some trees or the ground with these tiny, fragile tailplanes or something other you can't tell me tey wont break. This won't happen to our wing ;)

My Stryker is on the original ESC, Motor and Servos, not only that but I hammer it by using 4S on it and have done for more than a year now

I could laminate my combat wing for toughness if I wanted, that only cost $26, yes a 1000mm EPP wing for $26
Let's face it, it's not your foam that's tough, the only thing that makes it stronger is the fact that they are laminated and that still has to be done by the customer
So why wouldn't someone simply lainate their Stryker or own wing and save a fortune

Do you actually read what you write?

Your sales pitch and technical explanations are a complete nonsense! Trying to give the impression that soldering half a dozen connectors is some sort of specialised process! claiming your own specially modified firmware, You are a fraud! You are obviously prepared say any crap if you think it will create a sale!"You will never pull the wool over anyone's eyes, trying to say a few soldered connections and re-labeled hardware require such an extortionate fee, and we are only talking about 1 ESC, 1 Motor, 2 servos here!

Asking best part of £300 is outrageous! Only reference to WipeOut that I can see is your attempt to wipe out anybody's bank account, who has the misfortune to be sucked in by your ridiculous claims! For a (let's face it) small foam wing! less than 3 feet wingspan, with running gear! Almost £700 delivered

So you claim your wing is indestructible? Then I assume you will honour that statement and replace free of charge anyone who breaks one?

I do. Do you read our specifications and informations too before spreading the untruth?

Quote
some sort of specialised process

No its not I never sayd that. But its work some one has to do and our work is not free! If you want to do it by yourself than do it where is your Problem?

Quote
claiming your own specially modified firmware, You are a fraud!

Maybe you're the one which should read.

I've never sayd that!! Your posts are nonconstructive at all!

I sayd the we configure the ESC with our hard determinated settings so it will run like specified at our Online shop.
EVERYONE can do this! We offer any specifications FOR FREE at our 142 pages long manual. Just buy a Castle USB programmer and do it by yourself!

Quote
re-labeled hardware require

Again, we do not relabeling anything. Just doing work any one can.

Don't want to make this work? Ok buy our electronics package.

Want to do everything by yourself? Ok then go for it! We provide a manual where you can ready everything step by step.

Quote
and we are only talking about 1 ESC, 1 Motor, 2 servos here!

That's also not true Mr. bigmouse.

We are talking about:
1 Motor
1 ESC which is pre-configured and pre-soldere gold connectors
2 Servos with pre-cut horns
1 aeronaut middle part
1 aeronaut prop adapter
1 aeronat 9x5 CAM Carbon fold prop
1 Custom Propstopper

Quote
that I can see is your attempt to wipe out anybody's bank account

No one forced you to buy anything. Everyone can decide by thereselves. They don't need your comments to do this.
If its too expensive for you - no problem.

Quote
So you claim your wing is indestructible? Then I assume you will honour that statement and replace free of charge anyone who breaks one?

Nothing is really indestructible. But we guarantee that it will be much durable than any other wing on the market now.

Ok I locked this topic down last night as the bickering is getting a bit too much for our rather friendly forum.

Granted you are all entitled to your own opinions and your are entitled to post them but it was getting a bit overboard tbh.

I will be deleting some of the posts, but that doesnt mean Im going to be deleting the ones that offer your differing opinions just the crap!
