Grainy Video feed
« on: October 29, 2014, 11:13:26 PM »
Hi guys having this annoying problem with Gainy Video feed, Not half as noticeable in the daytime but at night its a fair bit obstructive.. Using the 650tvl and 1.2ghz fox 800mw Tx and lawmate Rx.

Is it normal to have grainyness In the live feed. Im trying to remember if I had the same problem with the racewood and 600tvl before It broke. I don't think I did but then I hadn't attempted any Night flights and the weather was always nice and sunny.. so I might not have noticed.

I'm still not sure how you match Vtx with Vrx to be honest . But I seem to pick up the best picture "The grainy one" With the lawmate set with peg number 1 down on the Vrx. mode A or B doesn't seem to have any effect, and the fox 800mw has a little button and a led display that's set to number 4.. Thats as much as I cant tell you  :-\

Here is a pic with my finger over the lens to better show what I see at night.

Low light will always give a grainy effect, even top end SLR's suffer from it
