Hobbyking don't call the time frame, paypal does! Now that you have triggered the paypal process, make sure you contact hobby king from now on (on this particular case) ONLY through the paypal system, Paypal will make a judgement based on what you have said to Hobbyking and on their replies. If Hobbyking fail to reply to you through the paypal route in so many days then Paypal WILL give you the benefit of any doubt. Refund you and claim it back from Hobbyking.

According to the paypal rules the last time I had a claim, If hobbyking loses the case then they must also refund you the shipping cost (from them to you).

no what i'm confused about is why it takes them 2 months to investigate, and they told me this before the paypal dispute and then again they mention it in the paypal dispute, it really is such a simple problem to solve, i don't know why they are trying to make it so difficult, i get that they can't just take my word for it and issue a refund, but they only need to make one phone call to parcel force to clarify things

yeah, if i had the cash i would of just re-ordered and recuperated the dosh when/if claim was sorted. but as it is i'll have to wait till this is resolved
