Had a look at your site, Where are the bargains?

I'm not sure if your going to get many customers from this forum!

Mobious £55.95 "on sale" whatever that means!

What sale is this? Added to the cart, then vat mysteriously gets addded on, its illegal in the uk to state prices without vat!

So an advertised £55.95 camera has £9.32 vat added then £3.80 shipping (within uk) so total = £69.07 for a mobious!!!

While a quick search online found a mobious coming all the way from rural Hertfordshire for £54.99 no hidden extra charges, free shipping!

Last time I ordered from joovuu I waited 10 days and nothing, I emailed and said they sent it 6 months earlier, I suggested they look at the copy of the order I copied and pasted on the query email I sent, they then replied saying sorry the order got lost in the system and they would send it out, waited another week nothing sent out and when I emailed them about it they refunded me without so much of a word explaining why.
