This video was on stock settings and pretty good! I got some jitters when throwing hard left and right at about the 1 min mark however I have since set it up with some new settings I found online and its pretty much perfect now.

here is another QAV400G video this time you can see it needs tuning still
QAV400 With Gimbal
PIDs too high, and I think a motor direction needed inverting too

Ben If that works let me know!!!!
A couple of other things I found:
During fast YAW rotating, camera deflects by ROLL, and then slowly gets to horizon
-Bad accelerometer calibration
-Sensor is not in parallel with motor
-Make advanced ACC calibration by 6 positions to horizon.
-Align sensor with motor axes

yeah Im not convinced my calibration was the best, having short wires from the GC to the IMU doesnt help me. I think with the camera pitched down it exaggerates it too, if you check at the end of the vid when it was looking straight out and I stopped every 90deg on yaw the horizon was acceptable.

It didnt look too bad tbh, couple of times when you faced west you could see it but overall not too shabby, 3 axis FTW isnt it looks very smooth, would like to see what your is like in FFF, I was reading on the QAV400 thread of fpvlab today they were going on about the dys 3 axis needing that 32bit controller

Ben, we need to try:
Follow Mode TAB
Follow for ROLL axis may be permanently enabled to disable completely, set "ROLL start"=90, "ROLL mix"=0
