Dual Axis multi rotor FPV

my first FPV platform.
Heli was brought mid December '13 (first heli) learned to fly it (basic 3d) in a month and now have moved onto using it as a fpv platform
what:
Align Trex 450 Plus DFC (stand alone 3GX system)
- Stock motor, esc, airframe
- Full Metal (custom shimmed) rotor head
- Align pro 3D blades
- Replaced with factory tail boom
- after market 51mm tail blades
- TS351 200mW 5.8GHz Tx and RC305 Rx
- Sony PZ0420 Camera with 2.8mm lens (also have 2.1mm, 3.6mm, 6.0mm)
- hand made LH clover leaf and skew planer (5.7Ghz tune)
Why:
something different and a little less common
the lifting capacity of a heli is more efficient than a multi rotor and has less to go wrong
plus the ability to land safely in the unlikely event of motor/esc failure
also it has big whirling blades of death!

currently using an old sony handicam as a dvr (camera is 16:9 handicam is as well but wont accept 16:9 input so it only records 4:3) will start pushing out the range soon (already flown it fpv out 1/2Km) and need some vibration isolation mounts

has less to go wrong
perhaps, but when it does go wrong with a heli... it's expensive
are there any systems out there that give "auto level" stability on 450 size helis like what a naza/kk2.0/multiwii does for a multi?
If so, I want one

there are AP systems but most of what i have seen are big and power hungry, i am still using the stock 2200 3s to keep weight down with an AP i would have to go 4s to maintain power to weight.
also this heli has a flybarless system so it is fly by wire, making it easy to fly (hands off once it has air speed direction doesn't matter
)
