man they 5.8 stuff is soooo expensive and soooo inferior! might try it on my octo though ;)

Octo's are for carrying big HD cameras, reason you'd want to carry big HD camera is for cinema quality footage (i.e. no tree/bush dodging) or high quality digital stills.

in that case 5.8 is ideal as you shouldn't really be that far from the multi and should only really be using the downlink for framing the shot, not piloting.
