RC Timer 550 hexa battery selection

Guys
Going to build a hexa from RC Timer over winter with a Naza lite and 5.8g vid gear.
Im a bit concerned about flight times, this being my first hex.
Regarding battery selection will 4 cell packs give me longer duration than the same mah 3 cell ?
Currently thinking 3 cell 5000mah with 10 x 4.5 props but i have a couple of 2250mah 4cells that i could run in parallel.
Can anyone give me some direction please.
Cheers

if you're just building it for los or general FPV, I reckon 1000kv motors (or thereabouts) and 10" props will do just fine with that 3S
However if you're planning on making it a heavy build I would drop the kv down a bit, get bigger props and use 4S
what size props does the frame allow?

Yep it is just for get general fpv use. I am going to try a möbius as a combined Fpv/ Hd cam. Kit came with some 1000kv motors and some v nice 10 inch carbon props so I guess I will try the 3 cell option first - cheers mate.
