2 options

buy a cheap 7 or 9 inch LCD "in car" tv/monitor and buy a cheap OSD to help it not "blue screen"
or buy a dedicated FPV monitor, like the ones sold by foxtechfpv or hobbyking.

The dedicated FPV ones are pricey, so it might be worth experimenting with the cheaper option first.

but it's your money so....

or buy a logik 22" 12v tv for about £80 used or £120 new, you can run them off a lipo.

what i am missing is if you need a monitor with or without inbuilt receiver. If you go for something very portable and must be mounted on your radio then I would prefer a 7 or 9 inch monitor with build in receiver. The sky-901 or the rc800 with build in dvr are good for most circumstances.
If you need something for long range buy a diversity receiver( is more sensitive then the one build in the monitor) and use a tracker and a good set of antennas.

Hope this helps.

I used a 7inch car reversing monitor  like dusty said ,if you  use a video splitter/booster it won't blue screen until you completely lose signal, it will show static and break up well before it blue screens. At least mine did anyway.

In the first years I fly fpv I only had a 7 inch monitor with blue screen. But never ever had a blue screen in air. Not sure if this is true for all monitors around but in my case blue screen wasn't a issue. I even fly with a 25mW/5.8gHz setup over 2.5 km without problems. (25mW goes up to 4 km or so)
Keep in mind that the rest of your setup must be in good conditions. As posted earlier if your setup didn't work good you get problems very soon.

Today I showed one of my clients that even with a legal 25 mW i was able to walk around our office without any video issues. (his copter was inside the building and we where walking outside with the video screen) so lots of concrete and metal plates where blocking the signal.

So use a good receiver and most important install the right antennas ( I use our Dome antenna on the receiver and transmitter in this case but in most cases I use our Micro helix antenna on the receiver)

Hope this prevents you from a blue screen in mid air.
