Ezuhf Noise floor - antennas on or off

Hi, is it best to have the antennas on or off the reciever to read the noise floor using the ezuhf tools analyser. With the antennas off and reciever in the plane i see a noise basline of about -105db
With antennas on its hard to see because the noise floor in the house seems to be about -60db

Any advise appreciated.
