My house is currently on the market and a couple in their fifties came round to view yesterday. I went out with the dogs and the kids and my misus showed them round.

At the end of the showing the guy gave my misus his card and jokingly ( I hope) said to her 'get your husband to give me a call, with all those models and drones I think he may need my help'. Turns out he was a mental health specialist - cheeky git !
