Looks nice but I have plenty of wings at the moment and it wouldnt be my first choice on my next wing purchase either, mainly because I dont think it will be as durable as I want.

These are monsters aren't they!!  They look the part and sound good but like you say I'd be happier once I've read some feedback on how they fly and the quality.

I really fancy a wing for fpv and videoing.  Which one I'd go for I don't know as I don't know much about them.  Zephyr 2 seems quite good too so I'll watch and learn until I can find the funds.

But if you read the farse of a thread over at RCG where people are arguing over what it will be made of and what colour it will be I decided that I would let the brave few spend their money and find out how it is.  I am sure we all remember the early skywalkers and the problems with them, lets not forget this is the same manufacturer and I very much doubt they learnt any lessons from it

i wasnt 2 sure after the very poor hurcules gentle giant,

 so i got an x5 that im presently building from bev , there well cheap in comparison,

the x5 looks very promising, build quality is ok and with a little reinforcement i think it will take a bash

will have mine flying in a week

is bigger allways better im not so sure ?

3430 on 2 x 4s 5000mah 45c and a 13x6.5 carbon folding prop - more than 60min!

my main issue with an X8 you need someone to launch it...

other than that a nice large model plenty of space for bits  should handle the wind as well
