Programming card? Is it needed?

Ive seen programming cards used on ESC's,  i have some 30A Red Brick HK esc's, do i need to programme via radio or this card before I can use them?

you should be able to do it from the radio however you may need to plug each esc individually into the receiver whilst you program, and you may want to remove the gnd and VE from all bar one of the escs, you can pull them out of servo plug and just tape them up ;)

You mean for standard flying?
So that only one BEC is powering the KK board?

Or just during the programming?
