Having 25 years flying fixed wing, I can't stop trying to bank the quadcopter with Ailerons
I'm guessing everyone feeds in Rudder now to get a nice banked turn
Any reason not to swap Rudder and Aileron in the Rx ?

There is no banking and yanking you need to use both at the same time, which ever way its set up on your tx is up to you, whatever feels most natural for you! I fly in mode 2 and I fly quads as I flew heli's.

I may be wrong but I have flown a number of peoples birds as well as my f550 and found the f550 easyer to keep orientation. in terms of LOS and orientation the answer is contrasting colors. For Fpv there is no difference at all you are lost or you are not. If you are getting lost then turn on the little home direction indicator on in your osd settings so you know what way you are looking.
