Why is gravity stronger over water ?

Hey all
I have one of these unit and need some advice. Apparently you should supply 3 to 5 volts to the receiver but my Fatshark battery is 7.4 volts. Surely I don't have to start faffing with a sbec??
Any body got one who can advise ?

Doh - dominators have a built in 5v regulator - job done !

if you got this think should not be problem... power it from this filtered power supply
