Usually just cut the parts by hand out of 1/8 ply although I'll machine the parts I have in mind for the mini quad in 1.6mm grp! cnc is a good option for complicated shapes and prototyping but it's virtually impossible to make to sell, can't compete with far east prices, just the material cost more to buy than the finished product!

Another 9XR, EzUHF module and receiver, Multiwii Pro w GPS, Sonar and Bluetooth module, a hard case for the MW, and some 900MHz antennas...

No idea where half of this is going. Perhaps in a Ov3rquad :/
