What is the resolution of the video out (not what is recorded to disk) ?

Can't find it in the manual, is there an on-line reference, please no rcg links, reading through 500 plus pages is not my thing!

it's standard definition video out, 640x480 4:3 aspect ratio.

I'm thinking over the option for the little Fox! Got a 1g camera for flying and a keychain cam for taking hd. The 1G cam for it's size gives a brilliant picture, then I thought, wonder if I could do away with that and use the video out from the keychain cam, the 1G cam has a 1/3 ccd and the keychain 1/4 ccd, not completely sure how these sizes relate to picture quality or resolution.

Anyway, will do a comparison test, post the results here!

Thanks for the vid! Looks clear enough to me!

Need to do away with that large plug though! will open it up, see if there's room to get individual wires out of the cam
