Quad hits low level cloud
« on: April 27, 2013, 09:26:51 AM »
Finally I have my FPV goggles back and enjoyed some flights this week woohoo.

Just using my fav ol faithful KK mini quad now sporting a new WDR secuiritycam2000 600 lines camera lol.  Naza quad stayed in the car this time.

Well got high enough on one of the flights to get into the bottom of a cloud.  The 5.8GHzvideo link started to break up straight away (was also flying pretty much directly above too which didnt help with reception) but anyway as I was only flying a quad with basic KK controller with no auto level, failsafe or RTH, I dropped back down for a breather.
Ps was only 300 ft up ish lol

All good fun!

Recorded on small DVR so quality it not that great.

Edit opps just realised I'd already posted this vid on another thread.  Must get out more
