My gimbal arrived (finally) so knocked it together quickly tonight.
Not plugged it in to anything yet but build quality is faultless.

It's got loads of room, that's my canon 550D and I have inches spare on the sides.
First bit of trial video, roughly tuned, bit more tweaking to go yet.

Very Very nice
Cannon 550D so a good size camera but would you get something like a Sony 730CX on there ?
my current camera choices are Sony Nex5 and the Sony 730CX for video
(The Nex5 doesn't cut it video wise)

Those servos are very noisey though... and read a few reports those servos are a tad slow...
wonder what brand there using....
