I'll be using my RaspberryPi before the really desperate measure of resorting to a PC.
OpenPilot GCS Raspbian package ( Raspberry Pi )

getFPV packaging, QA and attention to detail (where it matters) have been lacking in my orders.
Glad i'm not the only one. Ordered a QAV500 RTF from getfpv and things went bad also. My package was damaged in transit due to poor packaging (even my 5 year old daughter would have done a better job), UPS advised me to return the package after they had investigated the damage. Meanwhile communication with getfpv (Lumenier) was very slow and frustrating, waiting at least 3 days for a response every time. UPS lost package after investigation but of course agreed to compensation - $100 that is for an order of almost $800. Why so low? Because getfpv had declared the QAV with a value of $29.99! In the end getfpv refunded some of the money (minus $200) and told me it was partly my fault the copter got damaged since i was not at home during the first delivery attempt and surely all the loading and unloading of the package contributed to the damage and also reminded me of their terms and conditions. All this took almost 3 months. In the end i gave up and ordered the parts from RC Rotor Pro, what a difference in service.
Like Hoversight said, mostly due to expansion and not being able to deal with the demand but still no excuse. Getfpv need to spend less time on marketing and more time on customer support.

That's exactly what i mean! It's sad because the frames are very good but customer service sucks. Luckily the parts are available elsewhere but this makes me not want to buy any Lumenier products, can't wait for a decent competitor.
