That's really smart, what servos did you use ?

Would brushless and faster servos make it better?

Currently experimenting with brushless and really not liking the torque characteristics of it...  Think for now servos are still the way to go but obviously a bit more expensive. Will be releasing a pitch only gimbal for the tbs discovery very very soon :) using modified savox sc-1258tg

Full size servos?

Futaba brushless or JR would be my choice for brushless servos

But very neat gimble system

I still think servos probably have the edge, best with belt drive, was working on a design but gimbals aren't a priority for me...
