Whether it's a  bargain depends on where you live, if in the uk/Europe then 2.5watts on 900mHz is going to seriously piss off the mobile phone companies...

For choice of antenna, you need to look into Antenna theory,
A half wave dipole is good, it's called a linear.
Clover leaf, & skew planner has less gain, so less distance, they are CP or circularly polarised, but they are chosen because they overcome multipath.
There are higher gain antennas that can be fitted to the Rx end, called patches, helicals, yagis, etc.

But hell how far do you want to fly? 2.5W on 900mHz and two halfwave dipoles should be good for up to 25 Km in good conditions.

If your just starting out then 1.5Km (1 mile) is quite a challenge.

you won't need any antennas other than those provided with that equipment. the power of the transmitter will be enough to get you 39km (in theoretically ideal conditions)

thank you for your advice;but what I need is simple because I want a link through which I can buy the proper antenna for my video reciever , thats all
plus I don't know what is antenna theory.

Hi, what were trying to say is that you don't need to buy an antenna. The antenna that comes with it will be sufficient.

according to this: https://fpv-forum.com/index.php?topic=1662.msg11135#msg11135

a 2500mw 900mhz VTX with stock antenna will get you 39Km (20km effective)

with this 900mhz 8dbi patch antenna http://www.bevrc.com/bev-09ghz-patch-antenna_p116.html will get you 70Km (35km effective) but you'd need antenna tracking or several of these antennas on a diversity setup to cover the "arcs"

or for this 12dbi yagi antenna http://www.readymaderc.com/store/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=11_45_47&products_id=296 you would be capable of 112Km (56km effective) but would almost certainly require antenna tracking hardware

please not that I'm deliberately halfing the calculated values for safety reasons.

Hope this helps, but seriously, the stock antennas on that fpv gear will be more than sufficient for 99.9% of fpv flying
