Easycap problem

Anyone know what the cause of my video going black and white and scrolling is ?

This problem has haunted me with Easycap for months, I use goggles for flight so it doesn't interfere with my flying just the recording

Sometime it does it as soon as the program is launched and then I can't click record as when it's scrolling it reports that there's no video feed
