I thought the new HD looked good until I saw they were $550 and they don't have a built in receiver or head tracker, those are extras   ???

have the HD's ever actually  been released? All agents say pre-order, some dating back to feb last year!

My old Doms, rx, head tracker, additional (plastic) lenses all optional extras!

The V2 and HD look the same options!  IPD fixed on the old Doms, adjustable on the HD, thought that fixed IPD would be bad for me but was not a problem in practice!

Fatshark head tracker (load of crap) Used to drift, tried it a couple of times and abandoned it to the junk box.

V2 is larger FOV but same old resolution! HD well should be better (but whats the use of sales hype if its not possible to buy them!)

Built in video recorder sounds a good step forward...

Some reports say they colours are either missing or washed out with the older modules so it's recommended to use the nexwave ones
