1. Enter OSD interface and then select RESET (Figure 1)--FACTORY RESET (Figure 2):



2. With enough light, set up the camera towards a scene of white or grey paper. Enter the SETUP interface, select WHITE BAL. MANUAL (Figure 3) and adjust RED and BLUE until the color is consistent or similar to that you see with eyes (Figure 4):



3. Go back to SETUP Menu, select WHITE BAL. MANUAL and change to WHITE BAL.ATW1 (Figure 5-6), to make sure there will not be too much difference in color temperature. If color changes dramatically from MANUAL to ATW1, please go back to Step 2. If the color is suitable for you, please set as WHITEBAL.MANUAL, save and exit:



4. Figure 7 and Figure 8 is an indoor color comparison between manual white balance and auto white balance. Set as manual white balance, color temperature deviation caused by light entering the Sensor in different angles can be reduced effectively:

The camera i bought from SecurityCamera2000 never worked. As soon as i received it i noticed light scratches on the camera. I suspected it was an used item and i contacted the company to tell them but they pretended it was brand new. I let it go, until i noticed the camera had serious issues...

During the night when there is a movement the image is blurred. If i modify shutter speed then i lose image during the day. I spent ONE MONTH exchanging dozens of mails with the seller but the problem was never fixed.

I finally asked to send back the item for a refund, but the shipping address they provided me was WRONG (their fault, not mine). Only after the item was shipped they told me that the address was wrong. They even asked me to NOT buy a tracking number to save money. So now the item is lost and i have not been refunded.
